1. Introduction

Welcome to promptdeck (promptdeck.top), your source for prompt templates by task and critique. These Terms of Service outline the agreement between you and promptdeck regarding your use of our website and related offerings.

2. Services

Services encompass consulting sessions, custom prompt creation, and critique services offered by promptdeck.

2.1 Engagement and Delivery

Upon purchase, you will receive details to access and schedule your Services. Delivery timelines vary based on the scope of the engagement.

2.2 Rescheduling and Cancellation

You may reschedule a booked session up to 24 hours before the start time at no extra charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once, subject to availability.

2.3 Reimbursement Policy for Services

If promptdeck fails to deliver the Services as described, you may request reimbursement of the full amount paid. Requests must be made via contact form within 7 days of the scheduled session date. Approved reimbursements will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.

3. Info Products

Info Products refer to digital prompt template packages sold for immediate download or online access.

3.1 License and Use

Purchasing an Info Product grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the templates for personal or business purposes.

3.2 Reimbursement Policy for Info Products

Requests for reimbursement must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and are eligible only if no more than 20% of the digital content has been accessed or downloaded. Submit requests via contact form. Approved reimbursements will be processed within 10 business days.

4. Merchandise

Merchandise includes any physical goods sold through promptdeck.top.

4.1 Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Delivery times vary based on destination.

4.2 Reimbursement Policy for Merchandise

If Merchandise arrives damaged or defective, notify promptdeck via contact form within 5 days of receipt. Upon verification, promptdeck will arrange either a replacement shipment or reimbursement of the item price (excluding original shipping charges unless error occurred on our part). Reimbursements will be issued within 14 business days.

5. General Terms

All purchases are final except as expressly stated in Sections 2.3, 3.2, and 4.2. promptdeck reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time by posting the updated version on promptdeck.top. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
